British Higher School of Design, Neuroaesthetics Course - “Brain, Art and Design”
Designers work with people and for people, that is why it is so important for them to understand their customers, their needs and emotions, to communicate in the same language. It can happen that a specialist does his work well, but because of insecurity or poor communication, he loses clients or cannot offer any author's project. As a result, clients do not come back, and the specialist burns out and loses himself.
During the four-day intensive we will study how the human mind works and learn how to use psychological techniques in our work. Participants will learn to understand feelings and emotions for self-support and effective work and understand how to build comfortable communication with different customers, even if there is a problem. They will be able to develop design solutions that the customer and consumer will definitely like, as well as better understand themselves and work with pleasure.
